The schedule of cricket matches’ series is to begin this year in the month followed by August. Kanpur will be the designated place for the first Test from September 22, followed by the second at Eden Gardens from September 30 and the third in Indore, a brand new Test venue, from October 8.
BCCI’s press release had initially told that Kolkata will be the third venue for conducting Test match in October but the timetable was recuperated to conform Durga Puja carnival. Indian cricket fans are eagerly waiting for the start of this much awaited domestic series of matches.
